REGISTRATION & Policies / LIABILITY WAIVER

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION:

• Step 1: 

If you are a NEW client, Text "Register now" to 669.888.4590

If you are a RETURNING client, Text "Returning Swimmer" to 669.888.4590

• Step 2: In 24-48 hours, we will reach out to you via phone call to complete registration over the phone and get you on our schedule. 

• Step 3: Once registration is complete, we will send you a confirmation email with a liability waiver attached. You do NOT have to complete or sign the waiver at that time. It is simply for you to read carefully and look over prior to the start date of the first lesson. 

• Step 4: On the start date of the first lesson, we will provide you with a paper copy of the liability waiver for you to sign. 

*IMPORTANT* It is very crucial that the liability waiver is signed and completed PRIOR to the start of the lesson. If you do not sign at the time the paper is given to you, we will not be able to move forward with the lesson until it is signed. This is why we highly advise that you read through the waiver prior to us giving you the paper copy to sign, so that you know what our policies are and what you are agreeing to!
