In adult swim lessons, instructors work closely with each participant to assess their current skill level, address any fears or concerns they may have, and develop personalized lesson plans tailored to their individual needs and objectives. Lessons may cover fundamental swimming skills such as floating, kicking, arm movements, and breathing techniques, as well as more advanced skills like strokes, turns, and dives (if pool size permits)
*Adult swim lessons are offered as Private 1:1 lessons as well as Semi-Private 2:1 lessons if both participants are 18+
*Adult swim lessons are held under the instruction of Coach Riley M. Carpenter
